At Lashey Hair, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

✔ Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and in original condition (no makeup stains, odors, or signs of use)
 Final sale items, custom orders, and accessories are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange:

1️⃣ Contact us within 30 days at lasheyhairofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Order number
  • Detailed reason + photos/videos of the item
    2️⃣ Our team will respond within 1 business day with instructions
    3️⃣ Ship items back using your preferred carrier (customer covers return shipping ~812)
    4️⃣ Refunds/exchanges processed within 1 business day after we receive your return

Important Notes:

📦 Return shipping: No need to return original packaging - a secure shipping bag is sufficient
 Non-refundable: Lost/stolen return packages or unauthorized returns
💸 Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 3-10 business days

  • One free exchange (customer pays return shipping)
  • Price differences will be adjusted

🚀 Rush Exchange (Recommended):

  1. Place a new order immediately
  2. We prepare replacement while awaiting your return
  3. Full refund issued when original item arrives undamaged
